From I-5 take exit #250 (Chuckanut Drive, Old Fairhaven Parkway). Travel west on Old Fairhaven Parkway approximately 1.5 miles. The Hillcrest Chapel facility is on the right side of the Parkway, on the corner of 14th. See our map below.
